Do not microwave this product!

Do not ingest this product.

Before cutting the tube, practice wearing the kit and opening and closing the clip.

1. Close at least one clip on the tubing.

2. Unwrap one heat pad from its packaging.

3. Place the sticky side of the heat pad on the back of the bladder. The heat pad should be between the bladder and the elastic belt.

4. Wrap the belt around your waist and secure the belt with the attached Velcro.

5. The bladder should be against your stomach touching your skin with the temperature label facing you and the tubing hanging downwards free of any kinks.

6. Make sure one clip is closed and cut the plug off at the end of the tubing.

7. You can also cut the tubing to your desired length.

8. It should take 20 minutes to one hour to reach passing temperature.

9. The temperature label must Read Green at 98 or 100 degrees before you submit your test. Inaccurate temperature will result in a failed test.

10. Your body heat and the heat pad will maintain the heat of the kit for 8 hours.

Make sure the heat pad is not touching your skin. Redness may occur caused by a slow burn. Please, keep this product away from children. This product is non toxic, but it is packaged in a plastic bag and it contains small parts.
